Imagine that your team is facing a serious crisis. What is your first thought? Who has what abilities and how can we utilize them?
What do I need to understand as soon as possible in order to be able to act?
What unexpected opportunities could arise from that?
How can a problem be divided into smaller parts and addressed gradually?
Is there someone who has dealt with a similar situation and we can be inspired by them?

You will receive a task that you have no experience with. How do you decide to proceed? I will start experimenting and learning on the go.
First, I will research all available information and prepare a strategy.
I will involve someone who has experience in the solution, and I will learn from them.
I will focus on the essence of the task and leave out everything that is not essential.
I will create several solution variants and test their effectiveness.

The customer rejects your proposal, into which you put a lot of effort. How do you respond? I will find out exactly what they don't like about the proposal and adjust it accordingly.
I will try to defend my solution from a different perspective.
I will ask about specific needs and create an entirely new concept.
I take it as an opportunity to reflect on innovation.
I am looking for a compromise between their demands and my solution.

During the project, you will realize that there is a more efficient way to solve it. What will you do? I will immediately introduce a new approach, even if it means a change in the course of the project.
First, I will verify if it is indeed more effective and what consequences it will have.
I will discuss it with the team and let them decide.
I will complete the project according to the original plan and use the new approach next time.

How do you approach solving a problem that does not have a clearly defined solution? First, I will focus on understanding the essence of the problem.
