26 – 40 years: Work-life balance and burnout prevention
When you return home after a demanding day, what best describes you?
I am considering work and checking emails in the evening as well.
I need a complete reset, I'm turning off all work notifications.
I am physically at home, but mentally I am still dealing with work challenges.
I am looking for activities that will take my mind off work-related thoughts.
I have set boundaries, but sometimes I break them when necessary.
How do you react when you have more work tasks piled up than you expected?
I will mobilize myself and work even at the expense of my personal time.
I will start making a plan and I am looking for opportunities for delegation.
I feel pressure, but I’m trying to handle everything, even though it exhausts me.
I'll take a break to think about the situation with a cool head.
I feel frustration, but I will try to address it within my capabilities.
What does your ideal weekend look like?
Finally, I am catching up on work tasks so that I can have some peace for the next week.
I turn off work-related thoughts and focus on my family and hobbies.
I indulge in some rest, but at the same time, I address things that I didn't manage to get done during the week.

It's a waste of time; I could use it more productively.
An essential part of life, but I often neglect it.
Something that I have to consciously plan, otherwise I'll postpone it for later.
A natural part of life that I can enjoy without guilt.
A thing that I occasionally allow myself, but always with the feeling that I should be doing more.
How do you react to a colleague who takes regular breaks and strictly follows a work-life balance?
I admire him/her and I would like to know it too.
I think he can afford it, but not everyone has that luxury.
It irritates me a little because I think he/she could do more.
I understand that it's important, but I feel that it's not working in my job.
I consider it the right approach and I am trying to gradually incorporate it into my life.
