60+ years: Creativity and maintaining mental activity
Imagine that you have the opportunity to create something new – what would it be?
I am painting a picture that expresses my view on life.
I am writing a story or a poem to pass on my experience to future generations.
I'm coming up with a practical invention that will make everyday life easier.
I am organizing an event where people can share their ideas.
I am looking for new ways to improve my favorite activity.
If you could go back to your youth with today's experiences, how would you approach learning?
I would experiment and seek creative solutions.
I would ask more questions and try to understand the deeper connections.
I would further develop my areas of talent.
I would share my knowledge more with others.
I wouldn't take it so seriously and I would learn more through play.
If you could teach any subject, what would it be?
Art, because I believe that everyone has creativity within them.
History, to show what we can learn from the past.
Philosophy and discussion, because every question has more than one answer.
Practical skills that will help people in everyday life.
Something completely new that would connect various areas of knowledge.
If you could acquire a new ability, what would it be?
Play a musical instrument because music is a universal language.
Learn a new language and explore other cultures.
Utilize modern technologies to make life easier.
Express your thoughts more creatively, for example through writing or painting.
Improve the ability to solve problems in an innovative way.
If you could choose one place for creative activities, where would it be?
In nature, where I am inspired by peace and diversity.
In the library or study room, where I can think and search for new ideas.
In the workshop, where I can physically create and build something.
In a café or among people, where spontaneous discussions arise.
It doesn't matter the place; what matters is the idea and the desire to create.
How do you handle situations when you feel mentally exhausted?
I engage in physical activity to clear my mind.
I am looking for new challenges that will awaken my thinking.
I relax by engaging in creative activities, such as drawing or assembling puzzles.
I'm discussing with someone to gain a new perspective on the matter.
I will take a break and let my mind wander freely.
If you had to express your life wisdom to others, what method would you choose?
Write a book or an article where I would share my thoughts.
To share stories and personal experiences when meeting with people.
Create an image or artwork that reflects my values.
To mentor younger ones and help them on their own journey.
Leave your knowledge in a practical form that people can use.
If you had to choose one activity to keep your mind in shape, what would it be?
Chess or other strategic games to improve logical thinking.
Reading books and learning new things.
Creative work, such as writing, painting, or composing music.
Traveling and discovering new places and cultures.
Discussions and deep conversations with other people.
If you had to come up with a new way to support mental activity in others, what would you do?
I would start a club where people can meet and learn from each other.
I would suggest creative challenges or games that stimulate the brain.
I would organize lectures and discussions on interesting topics.
I would create a platform for sharing experiences and wisdom.
I would involve people in joint projects where they could express their creativity.
If you could advise the younger generation on how to maintain mental freshness, what would you say?
Never stop trying new things and stepping out of your comfort zone.
Surround yourself with people who inspire you and encourage you to think.
Give space to creativity – draw, write, invent, create.
Don't be afraid to make mistakes; they are part of learning.
Be curious and never stop asking questions.
