Physical activity and movement habits
Imagine that you have a whole day off. How would you prefer to spend it?
I am discovering new places in nature, even if it means breaking a sweat a little.
I will watch my favorite series or play games, after all, relaxation is important.
I will plan some physical challenge, such as a long run or exercise.
I'll go out with my friends, maybe for some sports, or just to hang out.
I dedicate myself to my hobby, even if it means sitting at home all day.
If you had the chance to try a new sport or physical activity, what would you choose?
Something adrenaline-inducing that will raise my heart rate and test my limits.
Something easy, where I can go at my own pace.
A team sport where I can involve my friends.
Something I can do alone and focus on myself.
Something creative, like dance or martial arts.
How do you feel when you have a longer period without any physical activity?
I am restless and need to move, otherwise I don't feel well.
I don’t really pay much attention to it, I have other things to do.
I am starting to feel more tired and lacking energy.
I miss movement, but I can adapt to the situation.
I enjoy taking breaks, at least I have more time to relax.
When you see someone who is actively engaged in sports, what do you think about them?
I admire their discipline and perseverance.
It's nice, but I have other priorities.
Everyone has their own path; physical activity is not the only way to be happy.
I'm curious if I would be able to do it too.
Maybe I envy their fitness a little, but I don't feel like doing anything about it.
Imagine that you have the opportunity to get a coach who would help you with your physical fitness. How would you respond?
I take it as a great opportunity; I can finally move forward.
I would probably give it a try, but I'll see if it grabs me.
I don't know if I have the time and motivation for it.
I don't like it when someone tells me what to do.
Maybe if it were something unconventional and fun.
What is your attitude towards regular exercise?
It is a natural part of my life.
I would like to dedicate more time to him, but it often doesn't work out.
I have periods when I exercise and when I don't – it depends on my mood.
I tend to avoid it, I don't enjoy exercising.
I enjoy trying different physical activities, but I don’t like to stick to a routine.
If you had an extra 30 minutes a day just for yourself, how would you use them?
I would definitely use them for movement – running, gym, yoga…
I would probably just take a break, 30 minutes isn't that long.
I might take a walk, but only if it were in a pleasant environment.
I would use them for something creative or productive.
It depends on the day, sometimes movement, sometimes something else.
What would motivate you the most to be more physically active?
Visible results and performance improvement.
If it were a social activity with friends.
If I found something that I really enjoy.
If I felt that I needed it for my health.
Honestly, I don't know if anything would truly motivate me.
How do you feel after physical activity?
Energized, I feel like I've done something good.
Exhausted, but satisfied.
I'm tired, I can't imagine doing it regularly.
It depends on what it was – some things are enjoyable, some are not.
Most of the time I don't feel a big difference; for me, it's neutral.
If you had the chance to completely change your approach to movement and exercise, what would it look like?
I would start exercising regularly and tracking my progress.
I would be looking for an activity that is fun for me.
I would try it, but only if it wasn't too time-consuming.
I don't think I would change anything significantly.
I would rather find a way to stay active without "traditional" exercise.
