Daily routine and habits
In the morning you wake up and the first thing you do is:
I stare at the ceiling and try to find the motivation to get up.
I stretch to awaken my body, and then I slowly start my day.
I automatically reach for my phone and scroll through the notifications.
I quickly get up so I don't miss any plans.
I will stay lying down for a while longer and let my thoughts flow.
What does your breakfast look like?
Breakfast? I’d rather sleep longer and have breakfast on the go.
I always prepare something balanced to have a good start to the day.
Breakfast is my moment of peace – I slowly savor it.
Most of the time I skip them, but later I make up for it with food during the day.
Every morning is different – sometimes I have breakfast, sometimes I don't.
Your physical activity during a normal day is:
I only move when I have to, for example when commuting.
I like sports, but I don't always find the time for it.

I leave it to chance – if an opportunity arises, I act.
How do you decide when choosing food throughout the day?
What do I have on hand or what can satisfy my hunger the quickest?
I have certain preferences, but I often give in to momentary cravings.
I'm trying to eat balanced meals, but sometimes I indulge in exceptions.
I plan my meals in advance and pay attention to their quality.
It depends on my mood – sometimes it's healthy, sometimes it's just what I feel like eating.
What does relaxation mean to you?
Netflix and lying in bed – the best relaxation.
I need to be active, otherwise I don't feel good.
For me, it's a time for books, music, or creative activities.
Sleep – when I can, I try to catch up on all the missed sleep.
Social time with friends or family is what energizes me the most.

I will escape to the digital world, where I can forget my problems.
I'm going out or I'm going to work out; physical activity helps me.
I'm looking for ways to calm down – breathing, music, a peaceful place.
I talk to someone close to me to get it off my chest.
I ignore it and hope that the stress will fade away over time.
How do you deal with health issues?
I'm waiting for it to pass on its own, as long as it's not serious.
