The ability to relax and regenerate
Imagine you have an unexpected free afternoon with no obligations. How are you most likely to spend it?
I mindlessly scroll through social media until it gets dark.
We're going somewhere with my friends where something is always happening.
I engage in a hobby that captivates me so much that I lose track of time.
I will make myself comfortable, light a candle, play music, or read a book.
Even though I have free time, I need to feel that I am doing something useful.
When you feel physically exhausted, what method of recovery refreshes you the most?
Intensive exercise or movement that paradoxically gives me energy.
Long sleep or complete disconnection from everything.
Turn off your head during some routine tasks - cleaning, cooking, manual work.
A good conversation with someone who can encourage me.
Sometimes nothing helps, exhaustion is just something to endure.
How do you react when you are under great psychological pressure?
I am searching for activities that will absorb me and take my attention away.
I close myself off and try to process it somehow.
I need to be around people, even if I don't have to deal with anything.
I will let it out - through sports, music, art, or movement.
I feel like stress is controlling me, but I don't know how to do anything about it.
Imagine that you are on vacation and you do not have internet access. How do you feel?
Completely free, I can finally enjoy the present moment.
A bit uncomfortable, but I suppose I would get used to it.
It's unpleasant, I miss the connection with the world.
It depends on who I'm with – if I have company, I don't miss the internet.
I feel cut off and I don't know what to do with myself.
What is your stance on a regular sleep schedule?
I follow it because I know it affects my well-being and performance.
I try, but I often get distracted or overwhelmed by another activity.
Sleep is a luxury for me that I can't always afford.
I can fall asleep anytime and anywhere, I have no problem regenerating.
I have fluctuations – sometimes I sleep great, other times I struggle with insomnia.
When you feel overwhelmed or burned out, what helps you the most?
Complete change of environment and disconnection from responsibilities.
Talking to someone who understands and supports me.
Time alone, without any distractions.
Returning to an activity that fulfills me and replenishes my energy.
I have a problem recognizing what actually helps me.
How do you feel about the idea of active rest, such as yoga, meditation, or breathing exercises?
It is an important part of my life, it helps me maintain balance.
Sometimes I try it, but I can't commit to it regularly.
I don't have the patience for that, I need more dynamic activities.
I tried it, but I didn't see any effect.
It is a completely unknown area for me, but maybe I would give it a try sometime.
Imagine you are in a situation where you have to do something monotonous all day. How do you cope with it?
I will adapt and focus on the small details that can entertain me.
I'll find a way to make it more enjoyable for myself – for example, with music or another stimulus.
I am quickly becoming restless and looking for an escape.
If I know that it makes sense, I can handle it without any problems.
The more tired I am, the harder it is for me to endure something monotonous.
What is your relationship with digital detox – disconnecting from phones and technology for a certain period?
I welcome it, sometimes I intentionally treat myself to such a reset.
I would like to give it a try, but something always discourages me.
I can't imagine it; technology is essential for me.
It depends on the circumstances – sometimes it is liberating, other times it is stressful.
I have no need because I have my digital time under control.
If you had to describe an ideal day where you truly feel relaxed and energized, what would it look like?
I would start calmly, without hurry, and have enough time for myself.
It would be full of experiences, fun, and interaction with people.
I would spend it in nature or in a place where I feel good.
I would combine relaxation with activities that I enjoy and that help me progress further.
It would be important for me to have no obligations and be able to make decisions spontaneously.
