I long for change. But where to actually begin?
Imagine you are at an intersection of roads without signposts. How do you decide which direction to take?
I will stop and wait to see if someone appears to give me advice.
I will go in the direction that evokes the greatest curiosity in me.
I will check if any road looks safer than the others.
I will choose a direction randomly – sometimes you don't need to think too much.
I will head to where I feel something is waiting for me, even though I don't know what.
When you hear the word "beginning," what comes to your mind first?
The excitement of something new.
Fears about whether I can handle it.
An opportunity to do everything differently.
Doubts about whether I am starting again from scratch.
The feeling of freedom and fresh air.
You get a day just for yourself, without any obligations. How will you use it?
I will close myself at home and allow myself to do nothing.
I will plan something new and spontaneous.
I will give myself some time to think and write.
I will start something that I have been postponing for a long time.
I will observe where the day takes me without planning.
Your surroundings claim that you need to change something. How do you respond?
First, I'll let it settle in my mind, then I'll act.
I will automatically rebel – I know what is good for me.
I will think about it, but I decide only for myself.
I am curious why they think that – perhaps they want to help me with it.
I will consider it like a mirror, but I keep my own pace.
What is stopping you from making the change you desire?
Fear of failure.
Uncertainty about what I actually want.
Responsibility towards others.
The comfort of the familiar.
A lack of courage to act without certainty of the outcome.
Imagine that tomorrow you can wake up with one new ability. What would it be?
Make decisions quickly and without doubt.
To get excited and motivate yourself.
Seeing things in a broader context.
Being able to relax and not worry about everything.
Capture and take advantage of every opportunity that life brings.
When do you feel that you are really changing?
When I act differently than I was used to.
When I notice new ideas that I hadn't thought of before.
When my priorities and values change.
When I start to feel peace where there was chaos before.
When someone else notices that I have changed.
How do you behave when something new doesn't work as expected?
I'm giving it one more chance – maybe it just needs time.
I will stop and analyze what can be adjusted.
I feel frustration, but I am looking for a way forward.
I blame the external circumstances.
I'm wondering if it wasn't a mistake right from the beginning.
How do you envision life "after the change" that you long to make?
Simpler, calmer, and more mine.
Dynamic, full of new challenges.
More balanced – less chaos, more meaning.
With greater confidence in who I am.
I can't name it exactly, but something within me knows that it will be right.
What do you rely on the most when deciding to make a change?
On my own feeling – it won't betray me.
On experience – what I already know will support me.
On the vision – where I want to head.
Based on advice from people I trust.
In the silence within oneself – only then will the answers come.
