When do you feel the most motivated to work on your goals?

I am motivated by the feeling that I must achieve something to make up for past failures. It motivates me to see that I am making progress and every little step is important. What is your attitude towards the failures of other people?

The failures of others reinforce my belief that I also cannot succeed. I perceive the failures of others as an opportunity to learn from their mistakes.
