I feel like I don't have a chance to succeed, and I often give up. I will focus on each phase of the project and won't stop until it is completed. When a project doesn't go as planned, it becomes frustrating and doesn't bring a sense of satisfaction.

When do you feel the most motivated to work on your goals?

When I see immediate results, otherwise it quickly stops being interesting to me. When I focus on the process and do not pay attention to immediate results. I am motivated by the feeling that I must achieve something to make up for past failures. It motivates me to see that I am making progress and every little step is important. What is your attitude towards the failures of other people?

The failures of others reinforce my belief that I also cannot succeed. I perceive the failures of others as an opportunity to learn from their mistakes.
