When you get a new phone or tablet, how do you get to know it? First, I will thoroughly examine it and test what it can do.
I would like someone to show me how to use it.
I will read the instructions or watch a video with an explanation.
I'll set it aside and start using it only when I really need it.

If you encounter a problem while using your computer or phone, what will you do? I'm looking for a solution on the internet or in the manual.
