Emotion recognition and empathy

What do I feel? Let’s learn to recognize emotions! Each of us experiences various feelings – sometimes joy, other times sadness or anger. Understanding our emotions and knowing how they influence our behavior helps us communicate better with others.

This module focuses on recognizing emotions and developing empathy. Children will learn to perceive their feelings, understand the emotions of others, and respond appropriately.

  • Better understanding of one's own emotions – they will learn to distinguish and label their feelings.
  • Development of empathy – they will understand how others feel and how to respond to that.
  • Improvement of communication – they will learn to express their emotions clearly and appropriately.
  • Conflict resolution – they will understand how to handle situations where strong emotions arise.
