What do I feel? Let’s learn to recognize emotions! Each of us experiences various feelings – sometimes joy, other times sadness or anger. Understanding our emotions and knowing how they influence our behavior helps us communicate better with others.

This module focuses on recognizing emotions and developing empathy. Children will learn to perceive their feelings, understand the emotions of others, and respond appropriately.
