Even a day off can pass without feeling fulfilling. Explore what makes time meaningful for you, your family, and your personal goals.
An empty calendar doesn’t automatically lead to moments you’ll look back on fondly. If you fill the day with random tasks or everyone goes off to do their own thing, it may be a day off, but it won’t feel shared or restorative. It’s not necessarily how much time you have, but what you do with it.
