When there is ambiguity regarding tasks and responsibilities in the team, what do you do?

I will immediately clarify who is responsible for what and make corrections if necessary.
I will leave it to the others to clarify the tasks among themselves.
I will try to find out what is causing the ambiguity and suggest a way to avoid similar issues in the future.
I observe how the situation develops and intervene only when it is necessary.
